  1. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  2. Organize and direct procurement and logistics operations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  3. Plan, implement, and maintain a comprehensive procurement and logistics system that meets current and future business requirements.
  4. Develop and implement administrative procedures for procuring materials, goods, and services to ensure efficient processing.
  5. Prepare tenders, requisition orders, scopes of work, and cost estimates, as well as evaluate vendor registration submissions.

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of full-time work experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
  • Excellent knowledge on procurement and purchasing processes.
  • Preferred: Knowledge on Oracle iProcurement and experience in preparing tender and contract documents.
