  • Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain a coordinated relationship with vendors, ensuring their objectives and strategies are planned, and provide business intelligence to inform their decisions. Negotiate win-win deals and formulate returns processes that safeguard both partner and company interests.
  • Driving Sales: Partner with the sales team to generate sales revenue, support them in securing deals with specific customers, and negotiate competitive rates while maintaining margins. Stay updated on market trends and strategize to gain a larger market share.
  • Inventory Management: Plan and execute inventory and sell-out strategies, ensuring stocks are available for the sales team, and making decisions to move slow-moving inventory at the right time.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Meet with customers regularly to understand market trends, support key accounts in events and sell-out strategies, and maintain a right product mix to balance margins and demand.
  • Business Development: Identify, engage, and onboard prospective vendors and product lines, explore new markets with existing vendors, and stay up-to-date with market trends and technologies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory and vendor requirements.
  • Managing Escalations or Business Issues: Address and resolve business-related issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Pricing and Promotion: Develop and implement pricing and promotion strategies to maximize consumer appeal and drive business growth.
