Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily shop operations, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and maximum revenue generation.
  2. Coordinating stock movement from the warehouse to the shop, maintaining accurate stock levels and high standards of merchandising.
  3. Conduct regular operational checklists to monitor adherence to Retail Standards and maintain employee performance.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales results, enhance customer experience, and increase revenue.
  5. Collaborate with the permit office to resolve customer permit issues and coordinate special permits.
  6. Deliver staff training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated professional with:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
  • Leadership experience in the Retail or Service industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Retail POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
