Job Description

Reporting to the Director of HSEQ, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of health and safety within the Diving Division. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines, as well as monitoring and mitigating risks associated with diving operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Providing training and support to diving personnel on health and safety best practices
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address health and safety risks
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on health and safety performance
