Job Description

At Accor, we're looking for a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper operation of plumbing equipment and efficient water supply throughout the hotel.
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on sewer pumps, plumbing fixtures, and drainage systems.
  • Responsible for all plumbing and drainage in all areas of the property, including outdoor drainage and irrigation networks.
  • Maintain and clean all fat traps in kitchen areas and ensure regular maintenance of soil and stack pipes.
  • Review building plans and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and materials.
  • Install, repair, and maintain underground storm sanitary, water piping systems, sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, and conditioners.
  • Work closely with the supervisor and team to carry out preventive maintenance and annual maintenance programs.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations in the job, departmental procedures, and instructions.
