Plumbing Specialist

At Accor, we're looking for a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure proper operation of plumbing equipment and efficient water supply throughout the hotel.
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on sewer pumps, plumbing fixtures, and drainage systems.
- Responsible for all plumbing and drainage in all areas of the property, including outdoor drainage and irrigation networks.
- Maintain and clean all fat traps within the kitchen areas and ensure regular maintenance of chemicals for cleaning existing soil and stack pipes.
- Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials.
- Install, repair, and maintain underground storm sanitary, water piping systems, sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, and conditioners.
- Work closely with the supervisor/team leader and peers to carry out preventive maintenance and annual maintenance programs.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations in the job, departmental procedures, and instructions.
