Job Summary

PPL Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Installation Project Manager to lead our installation projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of installation projects from mobilization to demobilization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure delivery within budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Coordinate with the estimation team on project estimation and scheduling.
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings and issue associated minutes.
Technical Management
  • Review equipment specifications for in-house and hired equipment, and converse with suppliers to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor pricing and costs.
  • Ensure project execution is within budget and schedule, and complies with corporate standards and guidelines.
Team Management
  • Lead and manage a team of installation project coordinators and engineers.
  • Coordinate with multiple discipline projects and monitor fieldwork activities, organizing minimum subcontractors on a daily basis.
Quality and Safety
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
  • Ensure safe operations while minimizing environmental impact by complying with occupational QHSE standards.
Client Management
  • Attend project client meetings/briefings and prepare draft and final reports for MWS inspections, clients' construction projects, and diving/ROV/survey/inspection projects.
  • Ensure the project is managed as per company requirements and client specifications.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 5 to 10 years of experience in Project Engineering (detailed phase) from leading EPCIC companies.
  3. 3 years of which in a managerial or supervisory role.
  4. Strong knowledge of mechanical, structural, and SURF.
