Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Director to lead our IT Healthcare Division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare IT solutions and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest healthcare IT trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leading and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 20 years of experience in sales and leadership, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare IT sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems and other clinical applications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPHIMS, CISSP) are a plus.
