**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Building Codes and Regulations**: Possess a general knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety procedures. With limited supervision, construct commercial office space by providing overall construction capabilities.
  • **Troubleshooting and Repair**: Respond to trouble calls and resolve a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Repair and maintain plant and office facilities equipment, demonstrating a sophisticated skill level in these areas.
  • **Mentorship and Training**: May provide mentorship to less expert employees. Under general mentorship, review customer requirements and evaluate product capabilities. Consistently use a variety of hand and power tools to construct, renovate, and repair facilities and equipment.
  • **Specialized Equipment Training**: May receive specialized equipment training.

**Requirements:**

  • General knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic schematics and diagrams.
  • Consistent track record of using a variety of hand and power tools to construct, renovate, and repair facilities and equipment.
