About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our team at Grafana Labs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, leveraging your expertise in infrastructure technology sales and software sales.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, as well as our competitors, to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales, with a proven track record of success in a highly competitive environment.
  • 10 years of software sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience using Salesforce, with a strong understanding of sales pipeline management and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with selling open-source technology, and experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC.
