About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Chainalysis Inc. in Korea. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing strategic client partnerships and driving business growth in the Korean market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Chainalysis revenue growth by successfully establishing strategic client partnerships with our sales, alliances, and product teams.
  • Accelerate Chainalysis sales and customer success objectives and business growth in Korea through direct sourcing and leading value-based sales campaigns.
  • Represent Chainalysis professionally, maintain our reputation, and develop faithful and long-term relationships with our customers.
  • Develop, manage, and enhance a business development plan to meet identified key results in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience performing Business Development across clients and partner accounts in a high growth SaaS company in Korea.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales focused on managing and closing complex sales in the Korean markets.
  • A strong client network in Public Sector - Law Enforcement, National Security, and Regulatory agencies and/or BFSI.
  • Experience working with systems integrators, resellers, distributors, and other partners to extend our reach in the local market.
  • An articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communication style, along with the ability to convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise way.
  • A demonstrated history of building and executing a focused GTM strategy.
  • A track record of over-achieving quota in past positions.
  • Fluency in English for the purposes of communicating with customers and colleagues in Chainalysis' offices around the world.
