Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits of outlet-wise financial records to identify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Verify the accuracy of laundry revenue and bodyline revenue, and prepare reconciliations as necessary.
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure accurate recording of sales and expenses.
  • Identify and address any issues related to banqueting events, including incorrect pricing or quantities.
  • Monitor and verify void control sheets to prevent any unauthorized transactions.
  • Work closely with the income auditor to ensure accurate reporting of financial data.
  • Maintain accurate records of all restaurant checks issued, including serial numbers.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including food and beverage sales, employee expenses, and entertainment costs.
