Key Responsibilities:
  • Reservoir Modeling and Simulation: Develop and implement detailed reservoir models to optimize production and injection strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Perform thorough data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in reservoir performance.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective reservoir management plans.
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects related to reservoir surveillance, workovers, and other opportunities to maximize value.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in subsurface organizations, with expertise in Intersect (IX), Eclipse, Petrel, EST, and dynamic modeling workflows.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of reservoir management and surveillance processes, proven track record of maximizing value in complex carbonate fields, and experience working in an operated asset.
