  • Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, or near-misses, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Safety Reporting: Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, prepare reports, and communicate findings to management for corrective actions.
  • Emergency Response Planning: Develop and implement emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure readiness for responding to emergencies effectively.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified engineering graduate with degree certificate from a recognized University. Good in English.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Safety Officer in the oil and gas industry.
  • Knowledge: Profound knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in the oil and gas sector.
  • Certification: Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Salary: Up to QAR8,000.00 per month
