Job Description

As a Senior Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading the installation and hook-up requirements for our Mega LNG project. You will work closely with our Offshore Construction and Installation Division Manager – Topsides & STPs to ensure the successful execution of installation and hook-up requirements.

This role involves coordinating all aspects of topside transportation, installation, and hook-up work, ensuring that technical objectives are met within the approved scope and schedule. You will also be responsible for interfacing with Company Marine Warranty Surveyor and coordinating with various project teams and departments to resolve related issues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Executing work both onshore and offshore as needed, including rotational assignments.
  2. Interfacing with Company Marine Warranty Surveyor.
  3. Leading installation and hook-up requirements of the Project.
  4. Accountable for Topsides & STP transportation, installation, and hook-up work produced by the Project.
  5. Coordinating with various project teams and departments to resolve related issues.

Requirements:

  • An Engineering Degree with extensive Offshore experience in a Supervisory Role.
  • Offshore survival certificate and ability to pass an offshore medical evaluation.
  • OPITO certification is considered a plus.
  • Recommended 10+ years of experience in the discipline, with at least 8 years of demonstrated senior engineering, installation, and hook-up experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Application and in-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and industry standards.
