  • Operate Equipment: Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide Excellent Service: Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Report Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance issues to ensure the safe and efficient operation of laundry equipment.
  • Lost and Found: Report lost and found items to ensure their safe return to guests.
  • Adhere to Company Standards: Adhere to company standards and procedures for laundry processing, including fabric care and cleaning instructions.
