  • Coordinate with the commercial team to review, update and finalize the status of spot and term bids.
  • Identify and source suitable vessels within the region, Southeast Asia and Indian Subcontinent, and conduct pre-fixture evaluations of chartered-in vessels.
  • Manage operational and contractual aspects of chartered-in vessels during the post-fixture phase.
  • Work closely with the diving team to develop proposals for marketing diving vessels, ROVs, diving spreads and outsourcing specialist subsea capabilities.
  • Develop and finalize specs sheets of vessels in a new format in consultation with Marine Operations, Fleet & Technical and Commercial Manager.
  • Ensure timely realization of payments from clients in the region.
  • Provide market intelligence and analysis to develop business cases for investment in newer assets and expansion in new geographies.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows as approved by Corporate and provide regular updates on market intelligence.
  • Coordinate with other commercial staff on market and commercial activities as necessary.
  • Comply with all company Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality policies, manuals, procedures, laws, regulations and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
