Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to join our team at Guardian Jobs. As a key member of our Transfer Pricing Team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to multinational companies on transfer pricing matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer Pricing Planning and Implementation: You will be responsible for undertaking transfer pricing planning and pricing implementation for our clients, ensuring that their intercompany transactions are in compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Client Management: You will work closely with clients to understand their transfer pricing needs and develop tailored solutions to manage their transfer pricing risk.
  • Global Transfer Pricing Engagements: You will be involved in coordinating European and global transfer pricing engagements, working with specialists across our global network to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Business Change and Value Chain Transformation: You will support companies through all elements of business change and value chain transformation, including the transfer of manufacturing to low-cost jurisdictions and the implementation of centralized or principal structures.
  • Advance Pricing Agreements: You will prepare and negotiate Advance Pricing Agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring that their transfer pricing arrangements are in compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Transfer Pricing Defense Strategies: You will assist clients with tax audits from HMRC and develop transfer pricing defense strategies to protect their interests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transfer pricing, with a strong understanding of relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex transfer pricing issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines and priorities.
