About Golondrina Hospitality

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Government Relations Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations, arranging document attestation, and assisting with renewing official documents.

  1. Manage government relations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  2. Process and attest related documents.
  3. Renew official documents, including trade licenses and chamber of commerce registrations.
  4. Assist in adding new activities to the company's commercial register.
  5. Support the issuance of new branch licenses and obtain necessary approvals.
  6. Update director information on the company's legal documents.
  7. Sponsor employee visas, QID renewals, and other employment-related tasks.
  8. Issue health certificates for staff members.
  9. Attest documents with ministries and embassies as required.
  10. Deliver correspondence to stakeholders, including governmental agencies and private sector entities.
  11. Maintain positive relationships with various ministries to promote the company's image and interests.
  12. Stay up-to-date on changes to laws, regulations, and procedures, and inform the Government Relations Department of any updates.
  13. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned by the Supervisor.
  14. Handle customer complaints at the Consumer Protection Authority and provide support to resolve issues.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  2. Languages: Arabic and English.
  3. Qatar driver's license is mandatory.
