Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Management Solutions International (MSI). The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment, including chillers, AHU, FCU, fans, pumps, DX units, and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment, including copper brazing, refrigerant charging, and compressor installation.
  2. Repair and Fault Rectification: Troubleshoot and repair issues with chillers, AHU, FCU, fans, pumps, VRF, DX units, and controls.
  3. Installation and Testing: Install and test DX units, including split, package, ducted split, fridge, deep freezer, VRF, and water cooler systems.
  4. Plumbing and Electrical Maintenance: Perform minor electrical and plumbing maintenance work, including repair or replacement of fixtures, wall switches, and outlets.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance functions and coordinate with engineers and supervisors as needed.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
  • Experience in repairing and fault rectification of chillers, AHU, FCU, fans, pumps, VRF, DX units, and controls.
  • Experience in installation of DX units, including copper brazing, refrigerant charging, testing, and commissioning.
  • Knowledge of chilled water pipes, ducts, valves, and insulation.
  • Ability to perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
