About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Communications Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our communication strategies globally. As part of our Dubai office team, you will lead a talented group of communication professionals in developing and executing comprehensive communication plans aligned with corporate objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and execute communication plans that enhance brand reputation, drive stakeholder engagement, and support business objectives globally.
  • Media Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and manage crisis communications effectively.
  • Executive Communication: Provide strategic counsel and support to senior leadership, including preparation of speeches, presentations, and talking points for public appearances and media engagements.
  • Internal Communication: Develop internal communication strategies and initiatives to foster employee engagement, alignment, and understanding of corporate goals and values.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure alignment with corporate values and market trends, leveraging insights to enhance brand reputation and differentiation.
  • Content Development: Lead the creation and distribution of compelling content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and multimedia materials, to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Digital Communication: Drive digital communication strategies, leveraging online platforms, social media, and digital tools to amplify brand presence, engage stakeholders, and monitor online reputation.
  • Government Affairs: Collaborate with government affairs teams to develop communication strategies that support regulatory initiatives, advocacy efforts, and legislative priorities.
  • Measurement and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
