Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team at Spot Uniform. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Month-End and Year-End Close

Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.

Audit and Compliance

Assist in coordinating external audits and ensure that all necessary information and reports are provided in a timely manner.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Support the finance team in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.

Account Reconciliation

Review and reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Team Leadership and Training

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.

Software and Systems

Utilize accounting software and systems to manage financial data and transactions, and propose system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience

5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Soft Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of QAR4,500.00 per month.
