About Our School

We are seeking an experienced Vice Principal to lead our girls' school section, overseeing academic programs, student behavior, teacher support, and operational responsibilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the School Principal, leadership team, teachers, students, and parents to ensure a positive and productive learning environment for female students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the girls' school section effectively.
  • Oversee academic programs to ensure alignment with the IB framework and school mission.
  • Supervise student behavior and provide guidance to teachers on effective classroom management.
  • Foster a positive and productive learning environment for female students.

Requirements

  1. Teaching Credential/License
  2. Other Certification
  3. B.Ed. in education, leadership, or a related field
  4. Master's degree in educational leadership or administration is preferred.
  5. Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience and at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in an IB or international school setting.
  6. Deep knowledge and understanding of International Baccalaureate (IB)
