Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst - Performance Measurement to join our finance team at PPL Dynamics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify key trends, drivers, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
  • Performance Measurement: Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance. Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial plans and budgets. Provide financial guidance and support to business units.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to business units as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting. Experience in a financial services organization preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Financial Planning and Analysis software). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
