Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Findfolks. As a member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and supporting clinical operations in our modern, well-equipped facilities.
About the RoleIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple departments, including dental, pediatrics, dermatology, and operating rooms. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with the medical team to ensure top-quality service, educating patients about procedures, care, and aftercare, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and infection control.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with the medical team to ensure top-quality service
- Educate patients about procedures, care, and aftercare (if applicable)
- Maintain hygiene, infection control, and sterilization standards
- Provide direct patient care and clinical support based on department needs
- Prepare patients and equipment for treatments and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license/diploma/degree (HAAD/DHA/MOH eligibility or license preferred)
- Previous experience in the relevant department (Dental, Pedia, Derma, OR) is an advantage
- Good communication skills and compassionate patient care approach
- Able to work flexible shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments
- For assistants: relevant experience or certification is preferred
