About the Role

The Error Management System Coordinator is a critical position within the Strategic Aerospace Services WLL organization, responsible for ensuring the effective provision of safety activities and implementing regulatory frameworks.

Main Objectives:
  • To implement the regulatory SMS by measuring and reporting its effectiveness.
  • To facilitate hazard management activities using the regulatory process.
  • To collect and analyze data to support the generation and analysis of safety metrics.
Responsibilities:
  1. Coordination and administration of safety activities within the organization.
  2. Implementation of the SMS Exposition and processes by measuring and reporting their effectiveness.
  3. Facilitating hazard management activities using the regulatory process.
  4. Collecting and analyzing data to support the generation and analysis of safety metrics.
Requirements:
  1. A relevant degree/HND or HNC, or relevant/equivalent vocational experience.
  2. Experience of aircraft maintenance.
  3. Understanding of project management, error management principles, techniques, and incident investigations.
  4. Understanding of Part 145 and Part M regulations.
