**Job Title: Pastry Chef**

We are seeking a skilled pastry chef to join our team at the Client of Alliance Recruitment Agency. As a creative and talented individual, you will be responsible for crafting delicious desserts and confectionery, designing seasonal menus, and developing new recipes for the pastry section of our kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage the pastry section of the kitchen, ensuring a successful working environment with executive and sous chefs.
  2. Prepare ingredients and operate baking and other kitchen equipment with precision.
  3. Create pastries, baked goods, and confections by following set recipes and exceeding customer expectations.
  4. Develop new recipes for seasonal menus, pushing the boundaries of creativity and flavor.
  5. Decorate pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.
  6. Meet with customers to discuss details and planning of custom-made desserts and pastries for special occasions.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years experience in the confectionery department.
  • Candidate should have experience in chocolate making.
