Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot Work Orders issued as part of Roll Out & daily operations.
  • Perform a variety of skilled duties in support of the (AMI) team including reading, building, installing, activating, inspecting, diagnosing, replacing, and routing AMI meters.
  • Assist in preparing all technical daily reports related to command center Operations, in a timely manner, as applicable to the role.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve operation problems.
  • Provide necessary assistance to Supervisors/Analyst as and when required in the execution of work processes.
  • Coordinate with departments, customers, contractors, site–teams as required.
  • Handle the command center system and other associated programs for meter installation and complaint systems.
  • Keep records and prepare reports regarding all kinds of data systems.
  • Handle extensive data tracking, sorting, updating, recording, and prepares all kinds of reports with appropriate formats.
  • Work in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement sections on securing and maintaining the ISO/Risk Management/ISMS certification.
  • Carry out and ensure compliance of all activities within the Installation Section are in-line with the in-place health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure one's availability to work across all three shifts, in a 24/7 environment.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
