We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fire Engineer for Airport Projects to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art airport project in Doha, Qatar, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality fire safety solutions.

Mace has a long history of delivering PMC services on the airport, and we need someone with exceptional expertise to help us ensure the safety and security of the airport. Our team is responsible for reviewing and commenting on design consultant's design and contractor's design submittals, inspecting permanent works executed by the contractor, and performing technical and commercial reviews for the client.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Reviewing and commenting on design consultant's design and contractor's design submittals for acceptability, compliance, and incorporation of comments from client/end user/stakeholder.
  • Inspecting permanent works executed by the contractor on site and providing commentary detailing any deficiencies/non-conformance and necessary corrective actions.
  • Reviewing and commenting on consultant's submissions for concept design, preliminary design, and detailed design.
  • Reviewing and commenting on tender documents, bills of quantities, unit rates, cost estimates, and participating in tender evaluation.
  • Reviewing and commenting on contractor's shop drawings, RFI, and other contractual submittals.
  • Performing and providing technical and commercial review/supports to the client.

About you :

You are a highly skilled engineer with expertise in fire protection engineering methods and practices. You can build strong relationships with clients, have experience working on large-scale projects, and be eager to take on new challenges and opportunities.
