About the Role

To support our technological excellence, we are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer Architecture to join our team. As a key member of our development and support team, you will undertake various roles as required by projects and the Project Manager/Business Analyst. Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing systems to meet specified requirements within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and ensure the quality of software applications.
  • Develop and enhance systems to meet business requirements within budget and on time.
  • Ensure error-free program code using specified tools and techniques.
  • Document software development and enhancement projects for quality assurance, testing, operation, and support.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of reported incidents and implement changes following the standard change management process.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to design technical architecture that meets business needs.
  • Participate in testing, training, and implementation phases of projects.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders/suppliers involved in projects and application maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to IT processes and procedures in line with Corporate IT policies, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Perform other department duties as directed by the Head of the Department.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.
  • Assist in responding to emergencies or major operational disruptions.
About You
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Relevant experience in areas such as Aviation, ERP Systems, Business Intelligence & Analytics applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Data literacy and analytical skills.
