Nair Systems is currently looking to hire a Senior Developer, Cards (Way4) for our Qatar operations. This role involves managing the development and maintenance of card systems with a focus on ensuring high-quality services.

  2. We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in ATM/POS switches environment.">
  3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit/debit card systems is required.">
  4. Familiarity with payment schemes regulation and standards on transactions processing and cards issuance is essential.">
  5. The ideal candidate should have knowledge in software development lifecycle methodology.">
  6. Experience in creating system architecture documentation is also required.">
  7. Data analytic skills and strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.">
  8. Prior experience in payment-related cryptography and HSM maintenance configuration (Thales/Nshield) is a plus.">
  9. Host and terminal certification experience is also desirable.">
  10. New payment schemes launch experience is highly valued.">
  11. Familiarity with Way4 architecture is essential.">
  12. System data integrity validation and fixing experience is required.">
  13. Qatar national switch experience, including Issuing Acquiring certification, is a plus.">
  14. Global Payment Schemes Issuing and Acquiring certification is also required.">
  15. Tokenization implementation and technology understanding are necessary.">
  16. Chip cards personalization and requirement of payment schemes experience is also desired.">
  17. Way4 Acquiring and Issuance product definition experience is required.">
  18. Prepaid product design and setup experience is also necessary.">
  19. Cards financial disputes investigations experience is required.">
  20. Implementation of PCI-DSS is also necessary.">
  21. Migrating planning and development systems with minimal BAU interruption experience is required.">
  22. Leading and managing teams of developers with distribution of parallel tasks is also necessary.">
  23. Cards domain accounting, reconciliation, and settlement experience is required.">
  24. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a team environment, independently, take direction, and approach tasks with a detail-oriented mindset.">

  2. OpenWay Way4 expertise is mandatory.">
  3. Development experience integrating site-specific message protocols with IST code modules is required.">
  4. ATM/POS acquiring experience is also necessary.">
  5. ACS and 3DS processing experience is required.">
  6. Ability to identify root causes from log warning/error messages to isolate issues is necessary.">
  7. Ability to resolve issues using ATM/POS utilities is also required.">
  8. Expertise in Way4 parameters setup is necessary.">
  9. Data consistency and purging processes knowledge is required.">
  10. Tokenization configuration knowledge is also necessary.">
  11. Good knowledge in ATM/POS configuration and impact is required.">
  12. SDK API handling is necessary.">
  13. Keys/simulators knowledge is required.">
  14. Good understanding of encryption keys methodologies and algorithms is necessary.">
  15. Strong knowledge of HSM configurations and commands is also required.">
  16. EMV and its data attributes and processes involved in personalization and authorization knowledge is necessary.">
  17. Experience in implementing encryption keys on hosts (Way4/Online), POS terminals & payment schemes (Visa/MasterCard/Diners) is required.">
  18. Generating keys on-demand and payment schemes key exchange experience is also necessary.">
  19. TSYS, IST hosts, Way4 Issuing/Acquiring experience is required.">
  20. Well-versed with Visa, MasterCard, FIME, and Gallitt test simulators and ability to manage end-to-end testing is necessary.">
