Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operation of the restaurant, including staff supervision and training
  • Ensure high standards of service and quality are maintained at all times
  • Monitor and control financials, including LQA, Forbes, and TrustYou targets
  • Contribute to the achievement of financial targets and maintain accurate records
  • Handle guest complaints and security incidents with confidence and professionalism
  • Attend daily briefings and ensure all necessary equipment is available for each service period
  • Monitor waiters' performances and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Ensure all staff members adhere to HACCP and FIFO standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
