About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional academic professional to join our College of Business as Assistant/Associate Professor in Human Resource Management. Reporting to the Department Head, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating courses within this field.

The successful candidate will possess teaching experience in post-secondary environments, with a strong record of research and publication in top-tier journals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with industry partners and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality courses in Human Resource Management, incorporating contemporary tools and resources.
  • Evaluate student progress, manage learning environments, and participate in industry advisory committees.
  • Design, develop, and evaluate authentic learning experiences and assessments, ensuring alignment with program outcomes.
Requirements

To be considered, candidates must hold a PhD and a master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from an internationally recognized university. A minimum of 3 years' teaching experience is required for Assistant Professor, while Associate Professor candidates should have at least 8 years' experience.

A distinguished research record, excellent communication skills, and the ability to initiate applied research projects are also essential. Preferred qualifications include professional certification in HRM, a diploma in Education, and leadership experience in technology-based projects.
