Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to cadets within the BAE Systems Qatar Technical Institute in Doha, Qatar.

As an Instructor/Assessor, you will be accountable for delivering a range of training modules across the General Engineering programme or within the Mechanical trade boundary. Your primary goal will be to contribute toward the learners' attainment of externally accredited qualifications.

You will assess learner performance in accordance with the assessment strategy in force for the modules. This may involve assessing learners from within or outside of their trade boundary, ensuring independence and fairness.

To excel in this role, you must actively contribute to the continuing improvement of the QTI through the identification of ideas and embracing the suggestions of others.

Core Activity

Your core activity will involve delivering training to QAF cadets within the QTI, primarily in a classroom setting but also in practical training areas.

You will utilize both presentation media and training devices and assets to deliver training, requiring proficiency in all methods.

You will conduct assessments of learners, predominantly through knowledge-based testing, in accordance with the assessment strategy in place.
