Job Description
As a Maintenance and Repair Professional with The NED, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct routine maintenance tasks on hotel equipment and systems, identifying and reporting any issues or defects. You will also provide support to guests with maintenance-related queries, collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient operation of the hotel, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. In addition, you may be required to assist with special projects and renovations as needed.

Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing, as well as experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential, along with good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with technical certification or vocational training, is also required.
