Responsibilities:

  1. Provide contracts support to the Management Team in preparing and reviewing contracts/subcontracts/supplier agreements, handling change orders, claims, and negotiations for EPC, oil and gas, and other projects.

  3. Manage the daily contractual requirements and report on claim and variation progress.
  4. Develop multiple cost-driven contracting scenarios and procurement routes for various projects.
  5. Promote inter-departmental communication and teamwork.

  7. Ensure that contract terms are fulfilled in compliance with regulations.
  8. Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish new agreement terms and conditions.
  9. Prepare and edit contracts between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  10. Handle breaches of contracts in a timely manner.
  11. Assess contract agreements to identify and recommend amendments to existing contracts.
  12. Review, respond, and negotiate claims and change order requests from subcontractors and suppliers.
  13. Support project teams in preparing general correspondence.
