Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive ancillary revenue growth across all sales channels.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver high-performing ancillary sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of ancillary products.
- Monitor and evaluate ancillary revenue performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- 7+ years of managing airline ancillary products
- Proven experience of driving ancillary sales within an airline
- Knowledge of ancillary services, current and future products and technologies
- Advanced understanding of business understanding of airline Ticketing and EMD issuance policies, Amadeus reservations systems and Ecommerce sales fulfilment process.
- Development and implementation of strategies, policies and frameworks
- Possess an understanding of commercial functions including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management Negotiation skills.
- Advanced understanding of systems and technology in business, able to communicate technical concepts in a tailored way.
