We are seeking an experienced E-Business Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives in Qatar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing E-Business related projects and development teams.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years' experience working in financial services or institutions and a proven track record of successfully managing IT systems design, analysis, development, and maintenance.

In this role, you will implement development lifecycle strategies, policies, standards, and guidelines for planning & design, selection, development, and ongoing maintenance of systems. You will also ensure proper implementation of strategies, policies, standards, and guidelines for E-Business and e-collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team resources and workflow to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
  • Implement development lifecycle strategies, policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Meet user requirements to ensure satisfaction and delivery in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to existing standards and policies in regard to IT security, internet, and VPN security, BCP, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications:

  • University graduate with a Computer Science or related degree.
  • 10 years' experience working in financial services or institutions.
  • Strong programming skills in development tools and languages.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Effective leadership and management skills.
