Job Title: Medical Affairs Manager

At UrbaCon Contracting & Trading, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the clinical credential process, certification, licensure, clinical/ethical compliance, and medical staff by-laws to ensure seamless operations.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and assist in ongoing medical staff/hospital management projects and activities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and direct an organization-wide quality improvement and patient safety program to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between the medical staff and management, representing clinical interests to senior management.
  • Support pharmaceutical research trials in different development phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of analysis results, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Monitor pharmaceutical marketing activities, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Train field service employees to ensure they are equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the department's short to mid-term plans, aligning with the division's strategic priorities.
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accreditation processes in acute healthcare facilities, with a focus on JCI standards.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including Good Clinical Practices and SOPs.
  • Ability to understand scientific methods and experimental designs.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in word and PowerPoint, with ERP knowledge and SAP functional skills preferred.
