This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can manage complex construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with our project management teams to guarantee that all construction site activities are executed safely and efficiently, while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage construction activities and ensure compliance with approved scope and schedule;
  2. Lead a team of construction professionals and maintain open communication channels;
  3. Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones;
  4. Develop and implement effective risk management strategies;
  5. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
About the Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of managing complex construction projects in the oil and gas industry, preferably in major capital projects.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or significant relevant experience;
  • 10 years of experience in the discipline with at least 7 years demonstrated senior construction experience in major capital projects;
  • Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from various cultural backgrounds;
  • Excellent knowledge of stakeholder specifications and industry standards;
  • A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • Computer literacy involving regular use of professional office applications.
