Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at https://positions.ze-care.com/sitemap. As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for advising customers on the importance and methods of clearing their debts, as well as negotiating credit extensions when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Debt Recovery: Advise customers on the importance and methods of clearing their debts, and negotiate credit extensions when necessary.
  • Customer Communication: Engage in discussions with customers to understand reasons for non-payments and review credit terms to facilitate debt settlement.
  • Account Management: Record financial status of customers and collection efforts in the company's system, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality of customer information.
  • Reporting: Prepare required reports and ensure targets are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma/certificate in any field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 1-2 years' experience in Collection/Credit or Sales and Marketing environment (Credit management background preferred).
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet daily Key Performance Indicators. Good communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in computer usage.
