Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Worker Wellbeing Lead to join our team in Qatar and Batam. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of worker wellbeing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Worker Wellbeing Strategies: Design and execute initiatives aimed at improving worker wellbeing, including health and safety programs, mental health support, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and timely records of worker wellbeing performance data, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Contractors and Subcontractors: Foster effective working relationships with contractors and subcontractors to achieve common goals.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Verify that all worker wellbeing initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology or equivalent Humanities & Social Sciences degree professional qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and coordination skills, excellent written and verbal English skills, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
