About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Fleet Support Analysis Specialist to join our Line Production Support Center department in Doha. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting Maintenance Operation Control Centre functions and assist the Fleet Analysis Engineer in accomplishing in-depth Fleet Operational Performance reviews.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor Tax Recurrent Alerts and notify the Fleet Management Team promptly.
- Review Technical Voyage Reports from Aircraft Maintenance Production Planning System/Feedback from Customer experience to identify repeat safety-related events.
- Analyze data from Boeing and Airbus Return to Stand and high focus Technical Delays through Shift Handover/Aircraft Maintenance Production Planning System/stored excel data sheets and present findings to MOCC manager for meetings with manufacturers.
- Maintain up-to-date information on all Qatar Aircraft on Grounds and avoidable delays from Technical Status board/Aircraft Maintenance Production Planning System Event log.
- Generate comprehensive Management Reports and presentations using data gathered from Morning reports and other Technical/Operational IT Platforms required for management analysis and in-depth study of recurrent defects.
- Communicate effectively with all required agencies through various report broadcasts and emails to highlight existing critical defects and operational issues.
- Analyze and suggest remedial/corrective actions to the Fleet Support Team for all Defects (including Deferred Defects) across the entire Fleet utilizing AHM/Airman/My Boeing Fleet as required.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a High School, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree & Equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience. A minimum of 4 years of job-related experience in Development Engineering or MOCC assessed for Data Analysis competency is also preferred.
Some of the essential skills and qualifications include technical knowledge of modern aircraft and high technology, experience with airline background, continuous interaction with Line, Base, and Engineering Development teams, preferred knowledge on Data Mining, Database Design, and Management, knowledge of Analytics Tools like Excel Analytics, Power Query, and Power BI, and an analytical mind with inclination for problem-solving.
