Your Responsibilities
  1. Manage multiple EPC contracts with minimal supervision.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to respond to enquiries and meet deadlines.
  3. Create, monitor, and update the demand plan to maximize department performance.
  4. Review Scopes of Work (SOW) for various projects and evaluate contractor/vendor deliverables.
  5. Analyze contractual responses to Change Order Requests, claims, and other related correspondence.
  6. Provide guidance to end users on contract-related risks and best practices.
  7. Support procurement dispute administration, including negotiation, and adhere to Company policies and procedures.
  8. Review management information reports and submit to management for review.
  9. Provide advice and expertise to other disciplines and stakeholder departments in contract and claims management.
  10. Administer contract work orders (CWO), including tendering bids, contract awards, and facilitating change orders.
Your Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline is a must.
  2. 10 years' experience in a contracts management environment within the oil & gas and petrochemical industry is essential.
  3. Proficient in written and spoken English is necessary.
  4. Computer Literacy (MS Office) including the use of software applications and SAP modules is required.
  5. Technical knowledge in reviewing and finalizing various technical contracts is desirable.
  6. Good knowledge of contract laws and industry practices is beneficial.
