We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Strategist to join our team at The Family Business Consulting Group, Inc. (FBCG).

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for leading and governing the provision and maintenance of business continuity management related systems and processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that QatarEnergy's business continuity arrangements and capabilities uphold the highest quality in accordance with legislative and international standards requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business continuity plans, emergency response procedures, and crisis management strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk assessment, mitigation, and management practices.
  • Leverage technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to influence outcomes across a wide range of stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business continuity initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, Business Continuity Management, Emergency Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience, including 10 years in oil & gas, petrochemical/chemical industries, or relevant international/regional organizations.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business continuity plans, emergency response procedures, and crisis management strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
