  • Manage all aspects of shipyard EPCI fabrication and construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project and planning teams to develop project plans that meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to project scope.
  • Update project budgets by analyzing technical drawings and making changes to specifications and costs as necessary.
  • Ensure that project execution stays on track, adhering to corporate standards and guidelines.
  • Work closely with multiple discipline projects and oversee fieldwork activities, ensuring smooth operation with subcontractors.
  • Evaluate compliance to relevant codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
  • Coordinate project estimation and scheduling with the estimation team.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary documents along with invoices to the client/owner representative and obtain completion certificates as required.
  • Establish a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for Shipyard projects to effectively organize and manage the entire work scope.
  • Undertake any additional job-related tasks assigned.
