Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Siemens. As an Area Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in the electrical distribution market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Direct and Indirect customers, including Channel Partners and Retail Partners, to achieve sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Siemens' electrical distribution products, including DBs, MCBs, RCCBs, and Switches.
- Business Development: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying new market opportunities and building relationships with key customers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
- Channel Development: Develop and nurture relationships with Channel Partners and Distributors to drive sales growth and expand market reach.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the electrical distribution industry.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the electrical distribution market, including Infra, Buildings, and building contractor segments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- CRM Tools: Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
