Job Overview

The Officer-HR (Qatari Nationals) will be responsible for providing HR Services support to all departments, assisting in the day-to-day operations of HR functions and acting as a primary contact for Line Managers and employees across all people matters.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Provide HR Services support to all Amiri Flight departments, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and separation.
  3. Assist in maintaining accurate employee files, including documentation of employment history, training and development.
  4. Prepare memos and letters related to employee transactions, including resignations, terminations, promotions and salary increments.
  5. Coordinate with Payroll, Recruitment, Immigration and other stakeholders to ensure seamless HR services delivery.
  6. Represent HR for Investigation meetings and prepare minutes, statements and reports.
