We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant. In this dynamic role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, providing essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily activities.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and organize office files and documents for easy retrieval.
  2. Answer phones and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
  3. Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.
  4. Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for team members.
  5. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff as needed.
  6. Perform data entry and maintain databases to ensure accurate information.
  7. Support other administrative staff with various tasks to improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  7. Time management skills and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
