EPC Project Delivery Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EPC Project Delivery Manager to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the completion of systems in accordance with project specifications and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion on-site safety awareness and safe performance among Project Team members.
  • Review DC, RFC, RFSU, and PHA/HA dossier from Contractors.
  • Establish summary reports to reflect the Systems Completion status.
  • Develop, review, and comment on key Systems Completion related project deliverables.
  • Populate the System completion Database with correct project data.
  • Ensure completeness of handover dossier from construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning as well as contractual handover documentations in coordination with relevant discipline and department heads.
  • Report daily activities and work progress to the Hand Over and completion Lead.
  • Participate and provide inputs, resolutions on Completion coordination meetings.

Candidate Specification

Technical and Business Skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Behavioural Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with several organisational levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

  • Minimum of ten years' experience in EPC projects, in both engineering home office and field construction sites, with strong skills in:
  • Specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Interpretation of IFC construction drawings.
  • Hand Over and completion process.
  • Computing science and Databases (Excel, Access).
  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
